Step 1. Connect the Left Aileron servo to one of the aileron channels (it does not matter which one), and the Right Aileron to the Rudder Channel.
Step 2. turn on your DX6i, Select the model of your Airplane, in the "Adjust List" choose "D/R&Expo", Select "RUDD" and set it to 0 (zero), to disable rudder input from the left stick.
Step 3. From "Adjust List" choose "Flaps" and set the Land Flap to 50, you can set it higher but you will lose Flaperon control travel the higher you set this number. Lower will reduce the amount of flaps and increase Aileron travel.
Step 4. From "Adjust List" Select "Mix1" set as below (May be different for your Aircraft):
AILE> RUDD ACT
RATE L -100% R -100%
SW ON TRIM ACT
Step 5. From "Adjust List" Select "Mix2" set as below (May be different for your Aircraft):
FLAP> RUDD ACT
Rate L +100% R +100%
SW ON TRIM ACT
If everything went right you should have Ailerons, no rudder, and when you flip the Flap switch your Ailerons should both move down aprox 50% of its travel, and still move up and down when aileron input is entered through the right stick.
